Hao is a realtor and researcher associated with Keller Williams focused on the Rhode Island real estate market. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. After that, he has been an applied researcher, an assistant professor in Universities, and a business consultant nationwide.

 

Over the years, Hao has talked with many home buyers and sellers, investors, realtors, and property managers in their real estate business. He found many of their questions are answered based on someone's experience, stories, and/or opinions. The accuracy and feasibility of these answers are questionable. Therefore, Hao started Dr. Wu Home Research to use scientific methods and results to help find the answers. The results of the research are usually submitted to scientific journals.
